I'm not certain we ever have humidity that low. Many days in the summer start off in the 50's though.

What's wrong with your hand?

Arthritis. God kept it okay this past winter (which I thanked Him for every time I had to shovel or tend birds), but the air conditioning this summer has me crippled.

Just a thought here: have you tried wearing a Thinsulate glove on that hand? If the pain isn't in the fingers, you could cut the fingers of the glove off so you'd still have dexterity.

Come to think of it, you can buy wool gloves made w/o fingers; no raveling problems. I have a couple pair.

My Doc refused to cut my bad joints off.
