They look good. Just nice and as you say...the right time.

My lambs still have a corrugated feel on the ribs when I take them in. Any more than that and it's too fat. I've went to look at them hanging a few times to hone it down to perfection.

Lambs is my favorite! Which breed you have? I buy them at 45-48 kg, always males and a cross breed between tha Awassi and Merino
Breeds! Yummy!

Hedge trimmer works great! I got that one too. If you don't need a hedge trimmer they make a leaf blower.
