You have to pull out the stove, lay in on it's back or side I believe. Access it from the bottom of the oven.

Nobody washes their hands all day and share those tongs... gross.. I can't do buffet style. Then people bring their dirty plates back for seconds and tap their plates with the serving spoons.. I am only a germ a phobe at buffet restaurants. I'll wait for the fresh pan to come out and be there first..
