EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

This is my first time hatching but I'm pretty sure my humidity is way too high. I'm at day 6, the humidity has stayed 60-70% most of the time it's finally gotten down to 49% but then I removed the second red plug for oxygen and humidity is climbing again! Checked the weather and on this bright sunny day the humidity is 79%. I live by the coast but other than a few hot days in the summer it doesn't really feel humid so I never realized. What can I do to decrease the humidity? I spent a lot of money to have these hatching eggs shipped I'd hate to have them all drown!
do you have any water in the wells? if so remove it
dry rice as stated, also charcoal will remove moisture

Sounds to me like a pack of feral dogs
no feral dogs around but that did go through my mind

Maybe my neighbour with the half feral dogs moved down your way.

So you are saying that every time there is progress made on the construction of your your new coop you would be stuffing a dollar bill in his speedo?:pop
That's it! I'm losing weight, buying a speedo, & taking my show on the road; I could use the money. I'll even furnish my own tools & tool belt.

I keep a turkey baster next to my baters for addition/subtraction. Helps get that lid closed fast.

The most I lost at a single time was two. But the predator returns to the getting spot by habit with a shot gun or live trap anxiously awaiting for it's sorry butt to return.
Sorry bout the mass fatalities. Bummer daddio..

I'm making a list of butchering supplies... What have I missed?

PVC cutters
Poultry shears
Nice sharp knife
Heat source/pot
2 tables
Hose that hasn't been in the duck pool/gallon jugs filled by rugrats (mwhahaha)
Cooler filled with ice and water
Zip lock or heat vacuum seal bags for storage. permanent marker for labeling. Apron. cone or other kill items. nitrile gloves
