Not. I could either complain for half the year or more about the grey, freezing misery of the outdoors, breaking ice, and shovelling or I could be thrilled to have a season of no bugs, no lawnmowing, hockey, constantly tired rugrats (from sledding,) and warm coats. :love

Unfortunately I haven't found the positive side to summer yet... I'm trying but I just can't see an upside to 80* weather.

Not being cold is a tremendous upside of 80* F water. Boating, gardening, don't have to break ice for the animals throughout the day, more daylight, Animals can browse for some of their own food, cutting grass.
