The deer? Yeah, they seem to be more & more active as the weather cools. If I had air conditioned facilities where I could process & package deer w/o fighting the flies I'd not worry about taking one during the warmer hours, but until I do, I'll keep letting them walk if I can't process them when it's cool enough that flies aren't a problem. At least I don't have many trimmings to dispose of; the chickens love it when I'm working on a deer.
I cAN only handmilk to clear them out, I cant last more than ten minutes with my hands and then they are sore all day, I knew I would need a milker, HS can hand milk though although she wont even help me anymore.Yeah! Awesome! I bet it is handy. I hand milk.

Your two handsgreat! Pandora finally had settled at the end, pheebe took on great after a few days. I love my simple pulse milker, don't know what I would do without it, I Am so worried if something goes wrong with it I don't have a back up!
