Shalom! What have you been up to lately?
My youngest DD is taking a nutrition class. She learned that there are genes in Europeans that block Vitamin D uptake and conversion. You might have that. I suspect I have it too. I did not use sunscreen and without supplementation had a Vit. D level of 13--nearly rickets level in August one year. The week before we had been camping and had lots of sun.I am going to stop the sunscreen thing at least on a daily basis. I will still use it for occasional use, but last year my D was low and this year it is low enough they want me to supplement. I started the sunscreen daily the summer before last year's blood work.
It may not be the cause, but I am outside a lot so it makes me wonder.
Shalom dear Dax!Shalom! What have you been up to lately?
Mine is at 30. I am supposed to take 10,000 a day for a month, and then 5,000. I never had an issue before I started the sunscreen thing, but I am aging. My youngest DD is taking a nutrition class. I feel much better on 5000ius of Vit. D a day and get my level all the way up to 25 that way
That sounds interesting actually. I love the smell of grounds, but unfortunately I have never liked coffee.Shalom dear Dax!
I started investigating the Coffee subject, breeds, strains of Robusta and Arabica, I started to roste my own coffee, touday me and my son (having some bonding time! He FINALLY IS SHOWING SIGNS OF BEING A GROWN UP!) Drove 70 km to a coffee importer and bought 10 pound of 10 different coffee breeds 3 Robusta and 7 Arabica! I am on a research mode! (I think I need to start my Ph.D!)
I love it very much! That sounds interesting actually. I love the smell of grounds, but unfortunately I have never liked coffee.

Keep her warm and hydrated, if you have wiped her eyes I would just sit and let her be a bit. she has time to fluff and come about yet.View attachment 1175732 View attachment 1175734 View attachment 1175733 This is my little straggler from yesterday! She is walking now but won’t open her little eyes. I warmed some water and gently wiped off anything that may have caused her eyes to stick but that wasn’t it. She drank some nutri drench and seems healthy otherwise. She had some yellow (not yolk left over in her shell?)
I have 6 new Q- Tips!!!
