Ahhh hello fellow chicken lovers! I took yesterday off. My poor Popeye passed. I’ll tell you... she had a little baby tolbunt who was with her 24/7. Even in the bator. The tolbunt wouldn’t eat unless i syringe fed her like Popeye. When she passed BFF (tolbunts name) perked up and is back in with the other babies eating and drinking. I swear chickens have more heart then most people. Like he knew her suffering was over.

I am getting 2 from 19 in the one coop. The other group has some newbies so is about 60/40 in favor of the non layers :/

Good news my llama Chad is safe
I am still stuck out a couple of hours so I texted my neighbors teenage daughter who I pay to do chores occasionally asking if she would just look over and see if she could see when she was coming home for school (not to search). She said he was up with the goats and cows at 4. Yeah

Thanks, yes it is good news. I just wish I had my job situation sorted out too. 13 hours and 40 minutes later I I am headed home to do chores get something to eat try to sleep a little bit and I have to be back at work 10 hours from now. Can anyone else say yuck.
