Nothing will go wrong, and you will be so much happier knowing you are bringing baby chicks into a clean safe world where they are not attacked by germs in the womb,,,,,
However, I'd like to be able to successfully disinfect purchased eggs. So I'll start by disinfecting my own to hone my skills.
(But you'll hear about it if it goes wrong!)
