I've been thinking about adding blue eggs, but I have too many chickens.

Good morning Mike I have too many chickens too, but I am going to be sending some of the two-year-old production hens to the local poultry swap soon and I would like to add some blue really blue egg layers and maybe a couple of extra greens.

Yeah; I'm with you! At least we'll get a break if it even heads that way. We get a January thaw just about every year; keeps us from going completely bonkers

Yeah I think they get a warming trend most places course not everybody gets a thaw. I hope you enjoy yours I'm just hoping that my doe that is due this week kids while it's supposed to be better. I was unsure exactly when she was red because of my vacation this last summer.

Thanks for those of you who asked about Chaos. She is doing well, now comes the question of how I deal with her since I can no longer give her either the mineral or the cd&t vaccine since I don't know which one cause the problem. I am hoping maybe my vet can suggest that another brand would work, or that we can get the shots separate.

Hi Dax! How is the doe doing that had the reaction to her shot?
I have about a handful of extra roosters that I need to get into my freezer eventually, but of now they can stay in nature's freezer.
