Amnesty! I was skimming while talking on the phone, not really paying attention. They were your posts anyway!

Sweatshirts work just as well. They cover the same amount of skin, and those parts of my body weren’t cold. Not even the parts that would hurt.
Besides, I at least wasn’t going down to the coops in my usual attire.

I can only imagine what the "usual attire" may consist of.

Abi, ain't you ever had cold weather before? Getting your core warmer helps keep fingers and toes warm. If I go outside in a jacket, my toes are numb in seconds. Go put on a coat.
