Like I said, I use my turners when I'm not able to be there.
Hand turning is a major commitment. Minimum of 3 times a day. Sometimes I sleep turn..(get up to use the restroom and wind up turning before returning to bed) lol.
Hand turning is not for everyone. But it is rewarding for me. Because I enjoy babysitting them. Checking temps/air moisture etc with each visit. Plus my brooders are in the same room. All my little babies are cheeping! "Don't sell me! I'm so cute!"

:oldIf you want to go enjoy the beach.. get a turner!
But watch out for those fins! Your babies are going to need you to make it back home!

I have particular memories of a wild poppy field near the Alaskan Highway I think with a glacier and two mountains. The Glacier down the middle between them, and then the valley was just full of poppies everywhere most beautiful thing I think I've seen
