Now that is more established we are going to start using it. We used to have a great variety from Mexico but, the chickens took a liking to it after so many years of leaving it alone. The first meal I try this variety on will be chicken.
I’ll call it Za’tar from now on.
Mild freezes, 26* F didn’t seem to bother it. Is Za’tar a good companion plant to anything?

Good morning Mike yes it’s a happy Saturday. Got the tree cleared with the neighbor last night. Well at least the big stuff. So the task today will be easier. It was a little dark when we finished.
