So... dad has saved the day. He's going to allow our blind duck to live in the house in our daughters room as long as she keeps him clean.

Yolk sac would eventually dry up and go inside of her or fall off.... If those are intestines, you'd be better off culling her and putting her out of her misery.

Friend of mine has a half blind duck it used to follow another duck around until a bear got the one that could see. He’s still alive as far as I know.

I think that this guy is in a much worse situation !
