EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Wow
What all colors do they come in. Mine was similar to the one runt posted. Black and reddish orange I guess. Layed blue eggs.
tons of colors... but what I notice the most about EE is the neck feathers. They are very unique compared to a lot of birds.

These are examples, but not my birds yet. :

do you see what I mean about neck feathers?

"Poor Bambi" is eating the farmers out of house & home in these parts. The 10,000 acre farm(s) I frequently hunt has the corn & beans torn up every year; that's money out of the farmer's pocket. He don't care about size or sex...."kill 'em all" is his motto. Besides that, they're all over the roads. People get on me for driving under the speed limit by a fair margin around here...I've driven these roads for the last 43 years and know where they're likely to be any time of the day or night (it's never at the Deer Crossing sign, either), I'm always on the lookout for them, expecting one to jump out in front of me at any moment. A boatload of deer around here have lived a full life span because of my driving habits in "deer country"
Same problem here. I've hit one and tore my hood and quarter panel up. Heck her mom and step dad has hit several. Idk why they won't let no one hunt. They plant a garden but only grow what the deer won't destroy.
