And if you leave it opened the Ethanol in it will transform to acetic acid by Acetobacter bacteria to Apple vinegar! I do it on a regular basis. If you need a recipe I can give it to you.
That would be a waste of good hard cider!!!!
I'll buy ACV....... Although I quit drinking so I guess the point is mute.....
 
The deer I was hinting got hit by the train..... Haven't had one deer in since.... Up till then I had for it five different deer coming in.
Wouldn't think one deer.... It was just a little four point.... Neighbor called it a six... But I'm not counting those little tiny points......
 
I had to run to gander the other day and buy a new game camera... Mine quit taking pics for some reason.
Any how while I was standing in line I ran into the doctor who treated my leukemia.
I looked at him and started balling...... Shook his hand and told him I owed him my life.
* Note it's been over twenty years would think if be over it by now......:confused:
 
I used to make all kinds of cider..... Dry.... Dark.... Light..... Sweet ... Sour..... All yummy.
I used to buy yeast from England.... Could ferment to about 18% ...... Yup would kick yer butt.....
This one ended at 12% little too hot for me.

I’ve basically quit as well so vinegar it is.
