I just shoveled out to the driveway, and enough of the driveway for someone with half a brain to stop next to the path, and walk around the front of the vehicle.

Good morning everyone. Bitter cold here today. 1° and feels like -10°. They put schools in 2 hour delay and the cars aren't happy about starting. I haven't dared to venture out to the coops yet but I'm going to have to very soon :/

I hope my truck starts; I'll need it this evening. It's been parked since before the snow storm, or longer.

Temps are rising fast here. Were up to 16° and it only feels like 8 now instead of -10°

I have eggs on the way, hoping they all make it by the end of the week. I am so excited to begin the adventure once again! Hopefully I will be setting eggs by Sat or Sun, if they all get here on time.

Just took Jerzi out to potty and the front is here. Wind blowing and temps are tumbling. We may very well end up with icing conditions as the day goes on. We gone from 52 to 30 degrees in a matter of minutes and expected to keep going.
