I’ve no idea. I’ve often wondered about Star San for sanitizing. Brewers use this one.OK so I've been through all the information on the first page and as good as it is, I couldn't find any help on using Oxine to sanitize a cabinet incubator.

Can you put it in 70 -80C° instead of using chemicals?All the guts (fan, turner motor, etc.) of an old sportsman are enclosed at the top of the back of the incubator and is major surgery to take it apart, so it's very difficult to clean that part. You can't even blow out the dust. I was hoping the activated oxine when closed up would be able to kill any virus or bacteria in the space I can't access.
