Wow and yes totally worthless dog.

No just kidding, I am enjoying to make them, and have them.
It is a collection, and most collection realy don't have any practical use. I am enjoying very much the learning process.
I can see a quail diner emerging in the nearest future ......The quail are outside. The living room smells sooooo much better!

I wasn’t worried about the temperature, more the thirty degree drop overnight. The quail are quite upset about their water freezing. I’m upset because I accidentally left it in a glass jar. 
I cleaned up the glass from the last jar of water left out in the cold just yesterday. Fortunately, it didn’t break.
The dog doesn’t mind cold, but the sudden drop has him laying on the couch right now.
Anyway, pictures.

I was going to put a better shelter out there, but the cardboard box works so well, I’m leaving it.

Well, the sun is shining and it's supposed to get up in the fifties today woohoo spring is coming.
It's been raining most of this guy's life , but it is finally
a sunny day today and he thinks it's the bomb. Though the ground is still too wet to lay on.
He has very interesting coloration. He's all red except for the lower half of one leg is white.
