The dog has had three cinnamon rolls, but is repeatedly walking to the kitchen entrance, wagging his tail, and waiting for me to give him another. Boy is he gonna be happy when I serve dinner!

A dozen marans, a dozen silkie, 10 Nn and a dozen turkey eggs in the bator, some due dec 14th. And each weekend for the foreseeable future. Oh and in good news we butchered an aggressive tom today he dressed out at 15.85 pounds

Yes Nn are fun to butcher but I like them running around too....my DD has been working on breeding black Nn to the SOP

here is her boy. Last year she managed to hatch him and 2 black Nn hens, we started with 2 white Nn roosters and some black austolorp hens. Not too bad I guess. She is hoping to make more improvements this year
