I have 3, maybe 4 chicks under one of my broodies! This is my first broody hatch as an adult with my own chickens, and I am so excited! Mama seems to be doing everything she should. I did not move her out of the coop, so I am still worrying about problems that could result from that, but I'll probably be out there every 10 minutes anyway, lol.

I think that quartz is 1. To hard for sanding 2. To brittle
You need to learn stone napping (? Knapping)

Look what wonderful food the Mediterranean sea provided us today! My freind fished them 60 km of shore in 500m deep sea. 2 Albacore tuna, on 11kg the other 12kg, ( he got 27 fishes in a total of 220kg!, soled them for 2200$, nice pay for one night trip!)

Too bad my phone is still acting up and I'm too lazy to set up my junky computer. We expanded the pig pen/ old chicken pen to include the area where my rabbit cages are. The pigs are thrilled and was able to do a test run on how the pigs would react to chickens. Needless to say, they aren't impressed and aren't bothered. Gimpy chicken was not happy being put in a pen.

It gave me the opportunity (and drive) to fix part of the fence that StarBuck had almost completely destroyed.

The ducks are going to be moved in soonish. They'll be happy since the pigs have a pool. They always seem to want to swim in the turtle sandbox, but an actual turtle lives in it. I don't think Fritz wants company.
