Thanks, she barely moved two days ago now she is moving and eating from the dish going up to bask etc.  I didnt know if I should add anything to water or not.  wish I could weigh them but the postal scale wont go that low and the little scale is too little for them.   She laid her first eggs in August, I will assume this really did her in so she needs to recoup from the stress of her laying as well as her bad care.

I don't know if there is anything you can add to her diet. Usually the blend of wild greens and bugs are sufficient. I know some people feed their tortoises probiotics but I never have do not sure how to do that. Lizards are like chickens... Their eggs can get stuck so I'm happy she was able to get them out. Sounds like you are doing a great job so far.

ok no issues with the sand and mold? how deep did you do the containers?

its a uvb light no heat rocks just a sterilized set to create a cavern and the heat lamp heating the rocks from above, there is a red light and a basking white light
sorta like I do in the grow out pens, I keep a big rock under it in case it blows the rock at least will retain heat hopefully long enough till I see its blown.

but I think it may be too warm as they are up there and then down after a bit?
