I've been frozen everytime I come on here for the last hour. Finally able to post. And now I forgot what I was going to say..... Dang, well I hope you all continue to have a good day.

I have been having trouble with a "long running script", I think it was an ad, I changed screens and the problem stopped the next time I came up on this thread. maybe the ad changed.

I'm on my phone.. An iPhone 4 and sometimes when long links are posted it locks me out. I just have to wait until everyone posts enough to get past it trying to load and try to trick my phone into thinking I already read it... So I miss a lot.

I've had a hen jump on my chest while I was on the hammock, running away from a rooster. Didn't thar rooster jump up and mount her on my chest lol. He got knocked down pretty darn quick lol

I don't live near a big city. people down here dump cats. I hand raised him, bottle fed him, and had his ear cut showing that he had been taken to the vet/cared for and vaccinated.

There's dead cats ALL over the sides of the roads here. I don't know anyone locally, who'd take him. That's why I kept the ENTIRE litter of kittens, except 1 that I found a home for. Then we adopted ANOTHER stray, when my daughter begged her dad to let her save it.

People toss them into the pecan orchards here, which most of the farmers don't mind, since the little animals steal the nuts, but there's big predators in there now, killing all the wild small dogs and cats that get dumped there. Bob cats, panthers, and what not.

I don't see me being able to find him a decent home, locally anyways.

Landing on you shoulder is a bit too friendly.

It won't happen here. What happens if a chicken decides to peck you in the eye. They're fast and it would be too late then.

I've learned to keep the eye closest to the shoulder bird closed lol. I've gotten the eyelid pecked a few times though.

I can't stand when people dump animals. It doesn't happen often here but it did when we lived in town. It was terrible

MC, have you washed your hair in coffee again yet?

Funny you should mention that. I've been considering it. I think I will do it soon though. Chopping off my hair is something that is probably going to be happening in a few weeks. I waited this long due to not being able to find my scissors. I figure at this point, I may as well wait until it's been officially two years since my last drastic haircut.
If I dye my freshly cut hair, it will soak in more. It will also do more damage.
