My rooster had "decent" feathering on the legs at a year, but, 8 months later, they look like they belong on a werewolf by comparison. Maybe because he's no longer picked on?
dont have legmites or health issues? not dehydrated?
perhaps begin of molt?
You got it backwards....he has 3 times the amount he had when I got him 8 months ago, when he was not quite a year old
