fine. Then I will go back to bed. You can change the baby when she wakes. If her diaper leaked, change the sheets and wipe down the mattress.
Turn on her educational shows, and give her a Dixi cup of Cheerios. She can get her own milk or juice. I keep filled cups for her in the door of the refrigerator. Then sit down, because she is going to climb on you. If she asks for your hand, she is going to draw on you with crayon. I hope you aren't ticklish!

I get the slushie thing. One trout season opening weekend, my son and I got snowed in and couldn't even leave camp. I-44 was closed. So rather than fish, we hunkered in our van and we read Lord of the Rings to each other and he worked on his homework. I had a coffee pot and the half & half at the foot of the bed turned to ice.

My fingers always turn to stone in that weather and they won't bend enough to tie a knot tying on lures.

Never been there myself, but my son has, a couple times.

It may have to fall off my bucket list but one of my dreams ever since I heard the stories was to go fishing in the Kamchatka Peninsula. Supposedly back before there was freer movement by foreigners, every cast was a world class fish with world records possible every day. Arctic char, grayling, salmon, trout, etc., mostly on streamers and dry flies.
Its location means insects are emerging most of the year making the fish well fed. You need really big nets.
In the last 20 years or so, lots of outfitters have started up trips there, complete with armed guard.

A couple news items.
When I left for pool league yesterday, there was one chick out and 7 pips of the 12 eggs. I just checked and there are 7 chicks, one zipping and another pipped. T

Pool league was a pleasant change of fortune. This was week 5 and we had yet to win a match but we won last night.
I won all 4 of my games and the last 2 were against the best player in the league. .

Everyone have a good day. As usual, I have lots to do and I keep getting farther behind.
