I saw yesterday a discussion about Nutella her is a home made Nutella chocolate spread 10000 time much more healthier then the one in the stors
300 grams of hazelnut slightly roasted and pealed
5-7 tbs of cacao
Honey, agave syrup , maple, coconut sugar, ordinary sugar any other sweetener that you want, as you much as you want.
1 cup of: milk, almonds or coconut " milk", or water
1-2 tbs of coconut oil,or any other vegetables oil, the coconut is the best.
A pinch of salt

Mornin Chaos! I am good! Lukes bday was cool, a bit too much of a crowd for me even if it was all family lol he is officially nine! His shirt lasted on his body until the older son Talyn started wrestlin with him then off came the shirt! nothing new for anyone here though! lol
