yep its cool, try to add in many things for others, we do fudge for others, go to nursing home and donate old toys, many times the older people enjoy kids toys, sucks but the brain can do weird things when your old, and we visit with them. We go to visit family and go to local christmas attractions etc. its cool coming up with that many ideas and then doing them.

We spend a lot of time baking treats to deliver to people also. It is fun and a tradition my mom and I used to do also. I think I am going to go to a couple other places and see some Christmas attractions this year.

I was told to start a blog just for that, so others could follow along and do the same.... I dont have time for that when I like BYC so much!!

That would be fun!


We like making a lot of home made art and items for family too.

This year it will be pecans from our tree, art, photos of the kids printed out, hand made carts.. and maybe some homemade goat soap,if our goat ever has her baby and I can milk her.

Duckling and I sit on the bench in front of the dressing table. She loves having me do her hair while she watches in the mirror. I get my hair done too. I know it won't last forever, but I hope it means as much to her as it does to me.

My daughter loves when I do her makeup. She's not as fond of her hair being done, since it's curly. LOL
