These are my Sally birds. OE cockerel and then a project pullet? She's barred and crested with clean legs. This is a Pepper pullet? I really need to learn to keep better records when I hatch things.

She did have other project birds she got rid of a while back, so some of yours could be from Pepper.

Came home and had to honk my horn and drive about .5 mph up the driveway because the chickens were apparently out for a stroll. Instead of going to the side they just stayed right in front of the car on the driveway. Funny.

You are lucky to have them! They will lay those gigantic green eggs!

The eggs are brown, or my eyesite is worse than I thought.

DH has fixed most things in the house (and car) from Youtube videos. Saved $1000s

If you want to stop the water runing now, while not using the faucet you could just turn off the water to that faucet. There is usually a tap under the sink.

Until my husband fixed a leaking pipe, there was no shut off. He fortunately did add one, and I have had the hot water off for a long time.  With winter coming, I really want hot water for Duckling and I to wash our hands.
