That's a poop smear? That looks like a wolf spider. LOL

Cute! Thanks!
Does the pygmy taste better than the Nigerian dwarf?
Pgymy and Nigerian is similar - nigerian's have longer production times, but make less of it day to day.

Our issue most people here, eat goats, don't milk them, so getting enough Nigerian's is hard, they use pygmy's for 4h, so those are easier to find.

Our pumpkin supposedly was bred with Nigerian and our "pygmies" are supposedly half Nigerian??? - so i'm hoping we get a good milk productivity out of them. I need to find a way to get better breeding stock for our goats, but it's a long-term project, and I wanted to make sure I even WANT the bother of milking the goats 2x a day before I commit to it, so she's our test run. That's why I wanted a pregnant goat who was due this fall, so I could make sure I wanted to do it.

It's why when I got our spanish goat, I was fine milking it - I can use it to make cheese, and other products if it was too goaty, I found that we could tolerate drinking nubian milk, and it's a lot goatier than pygmys/nig.

I know its freaking gross!!! Banti is gonna FREAK @BantyChooks
It doesn't look like a normal poop??? then again, I haven't tried to look at fecals from my animals. I'm a bad pet owner. I just go by the "it's on the ground and looks normal and the animals acting fine" method. hahaha

Then again, I don't examine my kid's poops to closely, either.
