I went out just after you, and I am back already!
Of course, you have a horse (of course of course. And no one can talk to a horse, of course!)
My 2-3 am adventures:
I candled and only these three had any signs of life. The partially open one hadn't made any progress since 10 pm so I picked away a bit more shell.

I watched it struggle for a while; it was pushing, not turning. So I broke the cap and made sure it wasn't stuck, then put it back. Possible malpo?
Slowly pushed itself all the way free, clearly ready to be hatched. I had to move the yellow one to the brooder because it was going for the hatchling's eye and I didn't want any damage.
