No, they should both be all black so there would be no distinguishable characteristics.
As they grow, the boys should have longer and thicker legs but I wouldn't rely on that 100%.

We always had groundhogs under our barn at the farm and I had some here for years. They took up residence under a couple cars I had parked in the field.
I think mink or coyotes finally took all the ones here.
