I think that is more annoying than the childproof lighters. I can childproof my own house because I have a child. Good grief!California code now requires child proof (as much as that's possible) outlets. They have plastic protectors inside the outlets such that if one side is push on with say a key it won't allow access. It takes both sides being pushed in to work.
