Morning Captain. How goes Missouri. Did I tel you my wife's grandma was from Springfield?

Morning Mr. Master, I did not know that your roots extended to the soil of Missouri. My uncle left Oklahoma for California decades ago, Redlands. When we went to Disneyland in the 50's we stayed with him, lots of orange trees in those years.

Interesting my wife's family was in Simi Valley California for quite awhile. They also moved from Missouri decades ago. I'm assuming Redlands is near there. My wife was allergic to the orange trees.

After spending yesterday at a friends house changing his dishwasher came home to a leaky faucet. So today I get to work on.....chickens.

Actually a brooder needs built for the new chicks. Then rake leaves and put them in coops.

Redlands is on the highway leaving LA going to Phoenix and just before you leave the "basin" that collects the smog

is Simi Valley across the Hollywood mountains north of the smog?

Simi Valley is south of LA close to San Fernando. Wife says there's something called Box Canyon not sure if that's where your mentioning. I think it's all one big city now
