I'm good! Thanks for asking. I hatched 6 chicks out yesterday (3 silkie mixes, 1 random, 1 NN, 1 sham cemani). But I also lost my beautiful naked neck roster last week so that's a big bummer. How are you?

Hi all. I am off work from now until January and maybe longer... @lovechicks1293 Sophie I have silkies and a few other bantams. I really like my porcelain D'uccles-they are cool little birds. It might be cheaper to get eggs and hatch them-I have incubators and would hatch them for you free of charge. Then you can raise them as chicks and avoid shipping and get exactly what you want. I have a 50-75% hatch rate on shipped eggs. you are welcome to some my chicks from my silkies or other birds when they start laying-no charge. I also LOVE my swedish flower hens and my orps-I have buff and lavender. let me know when you are ready and we can come up with a plan to get ya started

mel, you would hatch me eggs? that would be AWESOME! i originally wanted to hatch them but my mom said for our first year we should just get chicks from the farm store..i bet if i talked to my mom about you hatching a couple eggs or getting some of your chicks/chickens, i bet she would be on board...! do you have facebook? my mom would probably contact you through that more than email if she said yes...i'll talk to her about it when i get home (i'm at the library right now
