My new home made ACV batch, almost ready nice"mother " is developing.

when will it turn color?

Sally IMO the color in ACV is dependent on the skin color of the apple or from colors (caramel?) Add to it. I decide if it is ready by testing its PH. When its 2-2.5 it is ready.
