Nope, solo Thanksgiving here - that's my tradition. I love it that way. I actually have standing invitations to two different local Thanksgivings with friends, but in the end I prefer to cook and eat on my own. Of course, I take photos of the turkey and sides and share with the family and friends (and they do likewise).

Just finished trimming and clearing the really low branches on the red oak (finally) - it's so nice to be able to walk around under the tree again. The JawSaw I ordered worked SO well, really easy. I left one of the big branches long and gave it to the Naked Necks to play on (they like it).




Eating leftovers and resting before heading back out to the garden for more chores...
