I'm telling Santa to put you on the naughty list :rant It's snowing outside :somad
I think I have been put permanently on the naughty list, haven't received any gifts in years. :gig
We knew you meant manners. At least you are capable of communicating intelligently in multiple languages. I can barely greet someone, deal with purchases, and find a bathroom in my high school Spanish and limited Russian.
Thanks you are very kind, I am really trying!
:hugs

[@=/u/296003/Akrnaf2]@@@Akrnaf2[/@]Somewhat have you been up to today?
Now it's almost 23:00 here, but I had today the evaluation meeting for the first trimester of the school year, so long hours of talking and evaluating each and every student.
poor kids! what does the evaluations consist of?
All the teacher of the student , the School Counselor and the school principal seats together and see all the student grades, and absence from school and decision are taken about the future of the student in the school and info flow all around that helps us to be informed about our students, this discussion take place twice a year.
What's the size of the average class?
35 students!
Fairly large classes, then.
excellent idea, an evaluation done like that for every student could take an enormous amount of time.
Indeed, it takes hours upon houers, but it is very important! In this way students don't get lost!

Hi guys! I need some advice again. Today is day 20 of my first incubation ( I originally thought today was day 21, and then I realized I had been calculating it wrong) anyway, I'm down to 4 viable eggs out of 8. They had all been moving and rocking until today. I only witnessed 2 of them moving. Totally normal? Or should I be worried? I mean, I am worried

but should I stop!?! No pips, no peeping in shell. Also I had read in the incubation thread to keep the temp at 98-98.5 degrees for the last three days. I have a still air, should I bump it to 99-99.5? Thanks in advance!

Whit. This for you "Black" "White" Javanese Sumatra Indian
It's interesting how they've all developed what appears to be a protective "plate" of what I'm guessing is cartilage, except the black & white.
It isn't cartridge it is their Hide 1.5 cm thick reinforced with extra collagen

Leave, them don't tuch them, you really can't do nothing just keep the humidity high enough, and WAIT!

The 2 showing no movement could merely be resting. No need worrying about something you can't do anything about, anyway.
I haven't hatched very many myself, but of the ones I have, I've never heard any prior to hatch.
I'll defer to someone else on the temp question. I thought 100 was optimal, but I'm not sure. Don't know that half a degree would make much difference.

I haven't. Trust me, I have been tempted! Lol. I have been playing lots of YouTube videos of chicks peeping for them, you know, to encourage them
