I have a serious Incubation question.... Has anyone here changed a 1202 from wafers to electronic thermostat?

Did you leave the  back up ( safety) wafer in or not?


I have two I need to change and the directions say a wafer in the series can make it fail, but no back up seems dangerous. 

I meant the one the Guineas attacked...  BTW  I have a few well behaved Guineas you can get...

Oh, she's fine, I was there and kicked the guineas' butts to get them away.
