Someone has really spoiled chicks if they need to be touched to sleep..

No. Idea about the Wazine eggs being fed back. Maybe if you feed it to two chickens and not one you can run a test and see. If the one "your Control" is alive and thither not, we will all know the answer...

How much longer does the "football" season go? Just wondering when life gets back to normal. I have not watched a game in over 20 years. I use to have season tickets to the Vikings, When Denny Greene traded the whole world and the next 100 years worth of draft choices for Hershell Walker, I stopped watching Football and refuse to watch it ever again.......It kind of ticked me off when he did such a stupid thing.

A stuffed teddy bear would do the job just the same! They aren't really babies!

They're under a heating pad, but nope, they don't want it- They want momma. *Sigh*
Torvi is pretty good at staying under it, but Kari is the noisy one.

I would think feeding the eggs back to the chooks would be fine; just maybe increase withdrawal time.

I try not to as well.

They would not fall asleep unless I was touching them. Then, they'd wake me up at O' dark thirty coz I wasn't there.

And why don't you just go to a different (like your bedroom) and just go to sleep?

Take it out! Put them in another room, give them heat source, food and clean water AND LEAVE THEM ALONE!
