What cooler do you nouns like to use when processing? See?! It's such an important question!

I am thinking that fifteen gallons and wheels is adequate. Though I am lost as to why the square one is so much cheaper than the rectangle.

Okay, so what do you use when ... Oh. You finish them off in the kitchen.
When most people process, they use the cooler to keep the first few carcasses cold while they are working on the rest.

Ooooooohhhhhhhhh okay. I just lay the first one down on a trash bag and finish the rest. Than do everything else in the sink.
