I actually have a Hatchery bird question...

After spending hours on the phone trying to line up import permits into a few states where I have people wanting birds and getting a lot of "I dunno" and I will get back to you, I have to know..



Am I the only one that tries to follow the NPIP requirements of getting export/import permits?

probably, but not all states require permits, many you just need to have the proof of npip, or equivalent testing

The rabbits here cannot burrow unless they can chew through concrete the ground is so frozen..

Rabbits do not bother me this time of year.  The Coyotes they lead to the farm do....

In the summer I shot them on sight because of what they do to my garden.

So you have in one shot a cabbage -filled rabbit for lunch.
And they already have their borrows.

And they already have their borrows.

I wish it was just cabbage. My string Beans are the thing they really like, they eat them before they are 6 inches tall.


I really do not like rabbits, they are like dux only furry.

He's a rooster tho, so doubt that will work out..... But for right now, I can enjoy his sweet self. Torvi is doing great, and has gained a lot of weight!

They usually have some entrance and you just make a chimney effect.

That's why I suggest  putting an unlit propane torch (The bigger the propane tank the better) into the hole  and emptying the tank into the hole...  propane being heavier than air sinks....they die..



and if you want to assure they are dead have the neighbor kid throw his cigarette in the vicinity of the hole...


I suggest you stand way back and pray the tunnels do not go under your feet...
