Morning Dax. We used to be that way but town is growing too fast. Just heard the other day that Costco is going in 2 miles away. Crud.

We have a bunch more small average places than ten years ago, but I am off a state highway a bit that leads to another town. The main town is not growing this way really which is nice. It would not make it in my lifetime.
