KIDS ARE EXCITED... we apparently got our "first" turkey egg..... I still suspect it's a chicken egg that's XLARGE... but hubby said he's sure it's just a "Small first turkey" egg.... LOL

12 widdle serama waiting for their home on friday.... I had to cull a real tiny white one today, it was dehydrating and wouldnt drink

And I hear cheeping in the bator, I guess brooder two is gonna need set up.

It's criminal that a kid has to endure that (whatever it is) for 6+ weeks with no definitive diagnosis.

KIDS ARE EXCITED... we apparently got our "first" turkey egg..... I still suspect it's a chicken egg that's XLARGE... but hubby said he's sure it's just a "Small first turkey" egg.... LOL

I am willing to bet it is a turkey egg. I have 4 in the incubator and have gotten several already this year. They are 6 weeks early here.

I still have Barry-my one malaysian, but my smaller guy I just got died a couple days ago. was going to necropsy him with Laureen but I haven't been feeling up to it. They will be installing more shelving in my garage tomorrow for more cages. also setting my last batch of eggs before the Lima show & 3 girls are broody
