I need to replace the wire on 2 coops. It is getting old. Something had been pulling on it probably with teeth, and in one place made a 4 inch round hole. It has be be coyotes.

I woke up to babies in the 'bator! One Puppy egg has not pipped (and it was one of two that did not have draw down at 18 days). Today is day 21, so I'll give it the rest of the day to declare itself before pulling the plug. (Sorry for the blurry picture.) Everyone is now happily sleeping under the MHP. - Ant Farm

Nice was this a staggered hatch? A note on the winter squash and regular pumpkin for my chickens. It seems they really prefer the winter squash. Both were fed at the same time a week ago. The winter squash is gone. The pumpkin is still out there, somewhat gone. Winter squash stores longer as well.

When walking a home with a customer the conversation somehow got onto dogs for food. A little dog happened to walk through the yard, "we wouldn't bother with that one it's too little" he says.
