I didn't tell hubby I was putting eggs in the bator.... when he got home, I told him "look what your daughter did."

She totally took all the credit, for it, too. LOL she likes chickies, so she was all gung ho for them in the bator.

All he said was "cool"

If I had done it and she hadn't been gung ho, I totally would have gotten the "more chickens?" lecture. I'm not above letting the little girl who's got him wrapped around her finger, keep the peace. LOL

Your little girl is awesome - she's going to be president one day!!!!

I need to replace the wire on 2 coops. It is getting old. Something had been pulling on it probably with teeth, and in one place made a 4 inch round hole. It has be be coyotes.

Yikes!!!! Sounds like that's probably jumped the line in your to do list...

Bowel rest will help for a lot of the things this could be, so maybe she'll be able to start doing better. Hoping.

I sorta actually DID go back to bed for a while after the bread was done. Now I have so many random chores to do that I'm paralyzed thinking about it, so I am at my desk trying to arrange them in some sort of order on a list...

Afternoon. In the house for a little lunch. Gotta trim hooves on the goat herd this afternoon and then will be onto feeding. Was at the dealership ordering a new truck this morning. Now come Monday, I'll order the bale bed and cake feeder. Can't think of a better way to blow $70K+......

I've been extremely busy the past couple days making up hen saddles. I finished up 19 yesterday! I had a request for bantam ones too so i had to use my silkie Angel as a model to get a pattern made. Turned out pretty good! That now means i need to make a bunch of bantam ones too lol. Shoeing swap meets will be starting up and i need to have them ready to go
