Yesterday I learned a super way to pasteurize milk with the push of a button. She uses the Instant pot IP-DUO60 7-in-1. It needs to be the 7 because it has a yogurt button. You fill it press the button and it beeps when it is done. No watching and stirring a pot
I ordered one.

We picked up the chickens from Grandpa's today. They're resting right now so I'll do pictures tomorrow. I'm gonna dose them with ivermectin drops for any surface parasites tonight and give them dewormer in the morning, then everyone gets their biannual antibiotic dose in the water this week while I work on integration.

Hmm. Any particular reason you pasteurize? We never have done it.
