what happened today at the end of the driveway, and the "DEAD DEER"

I was just outside the lower level door and I hear this bang and brakes squealing.
I run around the corner of the house and see through the snow covered woods, a box truck stopped with flashers.
I see a lady get out of her car with flashers on and begin running towards the truck thats at our driveway.

I see this brown thing through the woods on the ground move a bit and my first thought was it was one of my brown goats, I had an instant heart attack,

but <knocks wood> they never got out. And I was just back there with them, so I look back and there they are, at the gate looking at me.

Anyways, I now realize it must be a deer!
I hear the lady screaming ARE YOU OK? are you OK???? Gives me even more of a heart attack!
As I get a bit further up the drive I see movement and my guess is the dang thing is still kicking!!

Heh, I could just rip it off the walls if I ever needed to get out, and I ain't no strongman....
I now have to count on my fingers to even remember lockdown dates.... Oh how the mighty have fallen

That's a huge advantage if one was too be stuck inside. Crawling out a small window isn't any fun.

I keep running, and dang driveway is still a sheet of ice, so running is sorta hazardous, but I get a bit further up and I hear a mans laughing voice, say "YEA Im ok" then I see more movement as the deer is now trying to get up and run away!!!


and its then that I realized.....

The way the coop is set up, you can't get stuck in the coop, but you sure can get stuck in the run..... I have had to crawl out underneath the fencing more than once

it was a UPS truck and the delivery guy was delivering my dog kennel for the pup Havyn and he slipped on the ice and crashed.....

Once I realized what was going on, it was hilarious
