Isn't it tough maintaining a GF diet that far out in the bus?

One word... Amazon.

I buy a few boxes of flour every now and then and stock up my stores downstairs... I have a whole bookcase full of different flour bags right now. Other essential GF items get stocked up on when there's a sale.

Really, the only part that's hard now is picnics and going out to eat. It used to be a monthly thing to go out for pizza with friends...

Now, being GF makes social situations tuff, but I've found staying home and hermitizing is just that much easier.
