EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Ah. Nice, I'm sure our local feed store has them (just haven't been for awhile) but tractor supply said they'd be in two mondays ago. :idunno

The one just around the bend has chicks as well just not the variety or the pricing the one I go to has. Unfortunately work won't be taking me by there anyone so I'll be stuck with the closer feed store.

Maybe weather is causing chick shortage for yours. Seems they'd get them as soon as they could to start making money on supplies as well. Weird.

Thanks for the kind words, but sorry I am not for sale. You can find others like me near to where the elephants brood ;-)

Oh. That stinks.

Maybe but I doubt it, it's been in the 70s and 80s for the last month. They said they'd have them two weeks ago so maybe they sold and and are waiting for the next shipment? That happened several times last year, I only saw babies in once and then it was a lone duckling (I really wanted to take it home) I went almost weekly last year.

I forgot your warm weather. :lau

We don't have tractor supply near me but similar chains. There were always sold out as well. I found out where they got there's from and now I mail order direct from the hatchery with huge savings and had great success doing it.

I know where they order from. I don't need birds from them, just find it odd. I can hatch my own birds.
