The chicks. All of mine surprised me last year. Even in the snow. They didn't go out into the snow, but it was snowing, and they didn't have heat.

My plan was to play, then it was to get to the coops, now it is to whine and complain because I can't catch a break!

Actually, I will be doing some last minute stuff in the house, and attempting to clean and refresh the coops. The snow is deep enough to make deep cleaning the coops a no-go.
